I have a number of principles that I will abide for all areas of my leadership. Respecting the councillors is one of them. To my fellow candidate’s running for a councillor position, this post is for you. Like myself, most of you will be new to City Council. You are an important part of my platform. You are running because of your own personal passion towards making an impact on our Leduc. The residents will be choosing you because of your competencies, so I will be grateful to have to opportunity to leverage them. I recognize that even with a great roster of councillors, that is meaningless unless you have a leader with the experience to welcome empowering you.
